PREMIUM RECIPE
Eagle Peach BBQ Glazed Chicken Wings or Thighs
Experience the perfect harmony of sweetness and smoke with our signature peach-infused glaze.
The Story Behind the Glaze
Born from a summer afternoon in the Georgia orchards, this recipe was inspired by the simple joy of peak-season peaches meeting the slow-burning embers of a backyard grill. We wanted to create a glaze that wasn't just sweet, but one that carried the soul of the South—combining the velvety brightness of sun-ripened fruit with the deep, grounding heat of our signature spice blend. The result is a profile that dances between tangy and smoky, perfectly caramelizing over tender chicken thighs for a flavor that feels like home.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs and/or wings
- Olive oil
- Eagle All Purpose Seasoning
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- Eagle Peach BBQ Sauce
- Apple cider vinegar
- Cayenne (optional)
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat your grill to medium-high heat (approx. 400°F). While it heats, pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy skin.

Step 2
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Eagle All Purpose Seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Step 3
Place chicken on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.

Step 4
In a clean bowl, whisk together the Peach BBQ Sauce and apple cider vinegar (add cayenne here if you want extra kick).

Step 5
Generously brush the peach glaze over the chicken. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes per side until the glaze is caramelized and internal temp is 165°F.

Step 6
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra Peach BBQ Sauce on the side.
